Nope! PayPal just provides transaction processing. You can use any major card without having a PayPal account. Convenient and easy!

What about your Low Price Guarantee? I see it for less on other sites, why should I buy from you?
We're proud of our low prices and the great deals that means for you cheapskates...er, valued customers. Our entire catalog is priced at or just above the lowest prices authorized by the publisher. We will match any legitimate offer from a competitor. Simply send us the link. Please don't ask us to price match listings from eBay, (publishers do not authorize any eBay sales, so orders placed on eBay may never be filled), sites outside the US, Nigerian Scammers, or your crazy Uncle Ted who is always slashing prices. We reserve the right to refuse any orders or match prices. But hey, that doesn't happen very often, so get out there and comparison shop! Also, when you order from us, you know your money is supporting good causes, like our rent and electricity (we can't very well serve you in the dark...with no computer, can we?), and baby clothes and diapers. No fancy corner Manhattan offices, expense accounts, or designer clothes here. Oh, wait. Ok, so I did once buy a "Members Only" jacket...does that count? Shhh, don't tell anybody about that, okay? Seriously though, we're a small, woman/family owned business. When will I receive my subscriptions? Why is it taking so darn long?
My, aren't you an eager reader! Typically anywhere from 6-12 weeks. It depends how often the issues come out, and how slackadaisical (yes, that's our word creation, but you can use it too) the publishers are about processing their orders. Your subscription begins with the first issue, not when you place the order.

Can't say we blame you. Just ask us and we'll promptly initiate an inquiry with the publisher or their agent. However, please do not inquire if it has been less than 6 weeks since your order was placed, as no info will be available.

Can I order a magazine to be delivered outside of the U.S.?
You sure can, just not from us. Sorry. We can only accept orders for United States delivery. Our dream to be "the world's magazine sellers" has yet to be realized. (The publishers don't let us sell internationally, blast them.) And here we spent all that time learning how to say "magazine subscriptions" in 25 foreign languages. Turns out its just "magazine subscriptions" in 22 of those.

How do I change my mailing address?
Oh, you're finally moving on up? Congratulations! Hey, we heard you rich folks buy lots of magazines...good news for us, eh? Or, maybe you are moving back down, in which case, our condolences, and sorry you spent your last $16 on that "Luxury Living" subscription. (You won't be needing *that* anymore.) If you'd like to change your mailing address on any subscription you've ordered, please let us know your name, new address, and magazine you want to update, and we'll tell the publisher. To avoid missing issues, please do this ASAP. Alternatively you can contact the publisher directly.

Are Renewals allowed?
Aren't you the perfect customer! Yes, please. Renew all your magazines with us, except of course, for the ones we aren't allowed to sell renewals on. Hey, don't blame us, blame the greedy publishers who want to hog all the renewal business for themselves. If you are renewing, please make sure to select the "renewal" field on the order, and use exactly the same name and address that appears on your current mailing label. If you don't do this, you might receive duplicate issues.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No, sorry, we can't issue refunds once we have placed the order with the publishers agent. They won't refund to us, so we can't refund to you.

What form of payment do you accept?
We're partial to small bills, precious metal (coin or bullion), and untraceable bearer bonds. However, we do also accept all major credit cards like VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and PayPal. All credit card orders are processed through PayPal but you don't need a PayPal account to use your card. We also accept PO's from qualified organizations.

Is there a shipping or handling fee?
You mean like with those eBay sellers, where the magazine might be $3 but the S&H is $6.95? Well, not here. Our price is the price and there are no other charges, hidden or otherwise!

Can I order a magazine as a gift?
Aren't you thoughtful! Yes you can. And you should; Everyone deserves gift subscriptions. The more the merrier! This can be entered in the shopping cart section. If you forgot this step, use our contact form to submit the recipients name and address for each gift title. Please note that we can not send gift notifications or gift cards to recipients at this time. You'll have to deliver the good news yourself.

Hey, how come you don't have phone support or service?
Hahaha, phone support, that's a good one! With live operators standing by, too, I suppose? Who do you think we are...Trump? Someday, someday...we can picture it now. Banks of phones ringing, a vast cubical farm of freshly-scrubbed young grads eagerly greeting thousands of customers a day. Music to our capitalistic ears. With your help, the business might grow to that point. Right now, we need to limit customer service to email only. We do however, commit to answer all queries in a prompt manner.

How many magazines do you offer?
You mean you didn't want to go through the catalog and tally them up? Darn. We don't want to either...takes a long time and we have to keep taking off our shoes. It fluctuates, but we think its usually about 1300 magazines. That's a lot of paper.

We get lots of questions like that. Just the other day, someone wrote in and asked "I don't know what magazine to buy for my boyfriend, can you recommend one?" Well, Veronica, as we told you, its hit or miss with most boyfriends, and in order to be on the safe side, we recommended you buy one of each. (We're still waiting for your credit card to be approved, BTW. Call us.) Please ask us and we will respond as soon as possible.
